About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help identify and source candidates for our engineering roles. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year.
Responsibilities
- Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates
- Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
- Utilizes creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
- Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
- Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for technical roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and related technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Knowledge of ATS systems and sourcing tools
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Benefits
- Location-independent salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 USD per year
