Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, which ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven services to internal hiring teams
  • Focus on process development & metrics/analytics - helping Impulse continually raise the recruiting bar

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle technical recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for engineering roles (hardware or software)
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, source, and hire exceptional engineering talent
  • Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, Boolean searches etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment classifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 8+ years' of demonstrated experience recruiting in aerospace, or software engineering related field
  • Knowledge of technical markets across the U.S.
  • Experience in a startup or agile development environment
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience/knowledge of engineering skillsets in software; specifically for spacecraft, rockets or satellites
  • Experience with high volume recruiting

  • Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity

Pay

  • $120,000 - $155,000 / year
