Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering Leadership

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering Leadership to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering leadership positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs and shape search strategy. The position requires a strong grasp of technical domains, leadership hiring, and the ability to engage passive candidates with a thoughtful, consultative approach. You will also provide market insight, guide complex offer negotiations, and help ensure a consistent, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
