About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter based in the United States. This role offers an opportunity to combine deep technical recruiting expertise with emerging AI-powered hiring innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for mid-to-senior technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Technical Product positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and support successful hiring strategies.
- Source, engage, assess, and close highly qualified technical candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication, consultative guidance, and strong stakeholder management.
- Drive recruiting performance by maintaining strong sourcing pipelines, meeting hiring targets, and improving conversion throughout the recruitment process.
- Use AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance sourcing, candidate matching, screening, and workflow efficiency.
- Provide feedback on recruiting technology capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing insights to product development.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to test new recruiting solutions and translate real-world recruiting challenges into product requirements.
- Document best practices and share learnings around AI-assisted recruiting workflows.
- Support client onboarding and enablement initiatives by helping recruiting teams adopt AI-enhanced hiring processes.
- Develop toward a future player-coach role with increased ownership of client relationships, recruiting strategy, and team mentorship.
Requirements
- Strong technical recruiting foundations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for using technology to improve hiring outcomes.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across in-house, agency, or RPO environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, data, product, or other technical roles with successful candidate placements.
- A strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, candidate qualification, stakeholder communication, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage technical candidates and hiring stakeholders effectively.
- Experience building relationships with passive candidates and creating compelling outreach strategies.
- A growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
- A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and how AI can enhance recruiting workflows.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment and comfortably operate with evolving processes and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- LATAM-based candidates preferred, with availability aligned with US working hours.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, data science, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
- Previous experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-powered sourcing platforms.
- Background working with high-growth technology companies, specialized recruiting agencies, or technical recruiting teams.
- Experience creating recruiting automations, advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, or workflow improvements.
- An interest in collaborating with technical teams and providing product feedback.
