You are deeply motivated by being a strategic partner to the organization. You will help define hiring needs by looking at projected growth, team structure and current talent trends.
Responsibilities
- Define talent needs
- Sourcing and prescreening candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers
- Ensuring a smooth and fluid process
- Identifying closing strategies for offers
- Proactively providing candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
Requirements
- Ideal 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Partnership with Engineering Leaders, ideally for senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, and engineering leadership
- Constantly thinking of how to represent Hightouch with candidates in a competitive market
- A strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship and building a strong and trustworthy partnership
- A proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound)
- Able to juggle various roles at once and use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline
- Thrives and ruthlessly prioritizes in a constantly changing environment
- Creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done
Qualifications
- Location-independent salary range: $150,000 - $220,000 USD per year
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options
- Early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
