About the role

Metrea delivers effects-as-a-service to national security partners across five domains and more than a dozen mission areas, including airborne ISR, electronic warfare, secure communications, aerial refueling, special air missions, aerial firefighting, and advanced simulation. The company owns the full stack—designing, building, and operating turnkey capabilities that give partners decisive, asymmetric advantage.

Metrea’s operating model rests on three interlocking pillars: Support Groups (global shared‑service covering people, finance, platform, operations, legal, and engagement), Core Groups (develop and own mission capabilities end‑to‑end), and Market Groups (apply a regional lens to align capabilities with partners’ wicked problems across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia‑Pacific). The model is built on being a true partner with skin in the game, driving continuous innovation from lab to field.
