About the role
Sully.ai is seeking an experienced Engineering, DevOps Project Manager to lead the development and governance of our autonomous AI agent team. This role will be responsible for accelerating cross-functional execution, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and establishing repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai’s agents and teams.
- Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases.
- Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication.
- Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Audit current project workflows and delivery bottlenecks across teams.
- Define sprint cadence and reporting structure for all active projects.
- Stand up initial CI/CD improvements to shorten release cycles.
- Establish a repeatable delivery framework adopted across all technical projects.
- Reduce deployment cycle time by 30% through CI/CD optimization.
- Launch a cross-functional reporting process ensuring 100% stakeholder alignment.
