About the role
Kovach Enclosure Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for onsite positions in Las Vegas, NV (LVA Project) and Chandler, AZ. This position offers full-time employment.

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in building enclosure, curtain wall, glazing, or specialty enclosure contracting; OR prior experience as a building envelope / enclosure consultant with a strong technical testing background.
- Division 7 & 8 Expertise: Deep working knowledge of Division 7 (Thermal and Moisture Protection) and Division 8 (Openings) systems, specifications, and performance standards.
- Testing Standards: Hands-on experience with AAMA/FGIA and ASTM testing protocols for air, water, and structural performance of fenestration and enclosure assemblies, including field testing coordination and witnessing.
- Code Knowledge: Strong command of applicable building and energy codes and their application to enclosure systems; experience supporting code compliance documentation and AHJ interactions.
- Project Management: Proven track record managing complex technical scopes on large commercial projects — planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout — while coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Problem Solving/Analysis: Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills; proven ability to diagnose enclosure performance issues and implement effective, documented solutions.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to contractors, designers, consultants, and field crews.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud); familiarity with reviewing engineering calculations and test reports.

Physical Demands
