Job SummaryOur client, a leading entertainment and media company, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. This individual will lead complex software development projects across web and mobile applications, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets. Contract DetailsContract Type: ContractDuration: 52 weeksWork Location: Lake Buena Vista, FLWork Arrangement: Hybrid, with an expected onsite schedule of 2–4 days per week. The schedule is flexible and subject to change based on business needs. Core ResponsibilitiesLead multiple medium to large digital projects involving web and mobile applications throughout the full software delivery lifecycleFacilitate project scope definition, estimation, discovery, and planning sessions with cross-functional teamsDevelop and maintain project schedules, communication plans, resource plans, budgets, and financial forecastsCoordinate with Product Management, Technology, Design, SEO, Analytics, and external vendors to drive project executionManage project scope, resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, budget tracking, and change controlMonitor project progress, milestones, risks, and performance metrics while providing regular status updates and financial reports to stakeholders and executive leadershipOversee project closure activities, including lessons learned, production support handoffs, and final financial reporting Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)5+ years of relevant project management experienceStrong experience leading large, multidisciplinary digital project teamsExperience with Agile delivery methodologiesExperience managing multiple projects concurrently within a matrixed organization, including coordination with multiple Product ManagersStrong background in requirements gathering and development for complex solutionsExperience managing the full software delivery lifecycle, from business development through final software acceptanceProven experience with project estimation, planning, budgeting, resource management, risk and issue management, change control, and stakeholder communicationExperience managing digital projects involving web and mobile applicationsExperience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product Management or Strategy, Technology, Design, SEO, and AnalyticsExperience working with external vendors and geographically dispersed teamsFamiliarity with project performance metrics, including burn-down chartsExperience preparing financial forecasts, budget variance reports, and executive-level project updatesExperience managing project dependencies, scope changes, and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiativesExperience coordinating project transitions, production support handoffs, and lessons-learned sessions Key Competencies & BehaviorsStrong leadership, organization, and analytical skillsExcellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skillsProactive and solution-oriented approach to managing risks and resolving issuesAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration, negotiation, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills Work EnvironmentLocation: Lake Buena Vista, FLWork Arrangement: Hybrid, with an expected onsite schedule of 2–4 days per week. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
