Senior Technical Project Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Technical Leader responsible for analyzing and resolving complex market issues impacting quality and safety. This role involves evaluating problem severity, prioritizing investigations, and coordinating solutions with internal and external teams to ensure rapid resolution. Key duties include communicating complex issues to decision-makers, approving analysis work, and mentoring technical leaders to develop sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: a minimum of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering, or related fields, with at least 12 years of quality-related experience and 6 years in technical leadership. Skills required include complex problem solving, effective communication, and reporting abilities. The role may require local and occasional travel, including to suppliers and other sites.
