Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, complex technology programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive execution while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and executive stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders.
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions effectively.
Risk & Dependency Management
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Escalate issues appropriately while driving resolution ownership.
Technical Program Delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Security, and Operations teams.
- Understand technical tradeoffs and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Drive large-scale platform implementations, cloud initiatives, modernization efforts, migrations, integrations, or digital transformation programs.
Governance & Operational Excellence
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks.
- Drive accountability across internal and external teams.
- Track KPIs, delivery health, financials, and resource utilization.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational maturity.
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Coach and mentor project managers and delivery leads.
- Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and execution excellence.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology programs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery practices.
- Experience managing programs involving cloud technologies, distributed systems, integrations, or platform modernization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and delivery governance.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations.
- Background in consulting, professional services, or managed services environments.
- Experience leading cloud transformation initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system design concepts.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams.
