Responsibilities

• Oversee 3+ engineering PODs, collaborating with TPMs, Product Owners, and Project Managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Leverage 15+ years of program management experience to lead complex enterprise initiatives.
• Drive Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and ensure seamless data integration across systems.
• Manage enterprise integration projects, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
• Provide expertise in financial management and develop robust reporting frameworks.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data management, MDM, and enterprise integration.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems and reporting solutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, managing diverse teams and aligning objectives.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and navigating complex organizational structures.
