Responsibilities
- Drive the company’s software left-shift program to enable earlier software development in the silicon lifecycle
- Collaborate with architecture, modeling, and software teams to address dependency blockers for software advancement
- Define program structure and success criteria for pre-silicon software readiness across multiple chip programs
- Conduct executive-level program reviews to surface risks and facilitate cross-functional decision-making
- Establish feedback loops between software findings and architecture teams to inform pre-silicon improvements
- Ensure alignment on new chip features across hardware and software organizations
- Translate complex technical dependencies into structured, actionable plans
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in the semiconductor or computing industry
- Experience managing programs at the hardware-software boundary with credible communication skills with both architects and engineers
- Familiarity with architectural models and simulation infrastructure in pre-silicon environments
- Proven track record of executing complex, multi-organizational programs from ambiguity to execution
- Strong executive communication skills to convey complex issues clearly
