Responsibilities

  • Drive the company’s software left-shift program to enable earlier software development in the silicon lifecycle
  • Collaborate with architecture, modeling, and software teams to address dependency blockers for software advancement
  • Define program structure and success criteria for pre-silicon software readiness across multiple chip programs
  • Conduct executive-level program reviews to surface risks and facilitate cross-functional decision-making
  • Establish feedback loops between software findings and architecture teams to inform pre-silicon improvements
  • Ensure alignment on new chip features across hardware and software organizations
  • Translate complex technical dependencies into structured, actionable plans

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in the semiconductor or computing industry
  • Experience managing programs at the hardware-software boundary with credible communication skills with both architects and engineers
  • Familiarity with architectural models and simulation infrastructure in pre-silicon environments
  • Proven track record of executing complex, multi-organizational programs from ambiguity to execution
  • Strong executive communication skills to convey complex issues clearly
