About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager within the Manufacturing Operations team, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in manufacturing operations or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Qualifications

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel.

  • Leadership and the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
