As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex AI programs, from strategic inception through delivery, driving continuous iterative refinement and alignment.
- Streamline cross-functional processes and design the AAI capacity planning lifecycle, prioritizing resource requests and resolving escalations to ensure program velocity.
- Drive operational clarity and decisive resolution for programmatic risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies within rapidly evolving and highly ambiguous environments.
- Strengthen visibility by delivering high-impact insights through a sophisticated blend of quantitative metrics and qualitative executive reporting.
- Act as a team multiplier by mentoring peer technical program managers and supporting teams across organizational boundaries to achieve shared milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with capacity management in cloud environment.
Preferred qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience integrating infrastructure readiness into global product launches and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Experience bridging technical constraints with business objectives for enterprise customers and partners.
- Expertise in designing and operationalizing organization-wide capacity planning and resource governance for AI/ML products, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex infrastructure escalations.
- Expertise in cloud capacity forecasting and resource governance, ideally for high-demand GenAI workloads.

Pay
$240,000 - $334,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
