Senior Technical Program Manager, Deep Learning Frameworks

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver Deep Learning Framework programs
• Engage cross-company teams to align on release scope, milestones, and risk management
• Guide all aspects of software program management including planning and scheduling
• Develop metrics for program effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions
• Implement processes for open-source contributions and release management
• Provide status reports and insights to senior management
• Cook up with multi-functional teams to enhance organizational efficiency

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software program management experience leading global projects
• Experience delivering large software programs across multiple software layers
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking with consensus-building skills
• Excellent communication and technical presentation abilities
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Aha!, Confluence and distributed version control systems
