Senior Technical Program Manager
About the Role
Bidgely is a Vertical AI company built for the utility industry, delivering appliance-level intelligence through our UtilityAI™ Platform. We're accelerating a clean energy future by giving utilities and their customers the ability to make smarter, data-driven energy decisions. Bidgely's platform is connected to 38M+ meters across 45+ utility deployments and is backed by over 20 patents. Our approach combines patented disaggregation science, generative AI for natural-language insight, and agentic AI for autonomous operations.
What We Do
Powered by our unique patented technology, Bidgely's UtilityAI™ Platform transforms multiple dimensions of utility data — such as energy consumption, demographics, and customer interactions — into deeply accurate and actionable consumer energy insights. We leverage these insights to empower each customer with personalized recommendations tailored to their individual personality and lifestyle, usage attributes, behavioral patterns, purchase propensity and beyond. The same technology powers Bidgely's customer suite and enables powerful grid applications including distributed energy resources (DER), solar PVs, electric vehicle (EV) detection, EV behavioral load shifting and managed charging, load forecasting, grid analytics, and rate designs.
How You Fit In
The Senior Technical Program Manager (STPM) owns Bidgely's largest and most technically and commercially complex utility engagements, combining the roles of technical consultant, functional consultant, and project manager. The STPM also acts as a delivery and practice leader for the broader Customer Onboarding team. The STPM works closely with a dedicated delivery team on the technical build, with R&D and Product Management on platform direction, and with Systems Integrator partners on multi-party engagements — while owning the customer relationship, executive stakeholder management, and program outcomes. The STPM reports into the Director, Customer Onboarding and is part of Bidgely's Customer Onboarding team.
