Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager

About the role
As a Senior Technical Product Owner - Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions and drive product innovation to meet evolving client needs. Operating at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology, you will ensure products meet market demands and drive business growth. Your responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle—from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life—including commercialization and go-to-market planning.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality work. You will coach team members, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations, and take ownership of projects to ensure successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Your growing business acumen will help identify opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success. Responsibilities
- Lead product management activities from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life.
- Drive product innovation by combining technical experience with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs.
- Manage commercial and internal products, ensuring they meet market demands and drive business growth.
- Design and develop product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product ideation and development processes.
- Utilize Agile methodology to streamline product development and improve delivery timelines.
- Coach and mentor team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance effectively.
- Analyze system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized product solutions.
- Engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and issues, escalating where necessary.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
Skills
- Expertise in Agile Methodology and Product Management.
- Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Strategy.
- Experience in Product Ideation and Product Roadmap development.
- Familiarity with Custom Application Development, Cloud Engineering, and Data & Analytics projects.
- Ability to develop skills outside comfort zones and encourage others to do the same.
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
