Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects to improve AWS sales channels.
  • Work backwards from internal and external customer needs to define requirements and drive measurable impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment, resolve trade-offs, and ensure adoption.
  • Define and communicate the strategic value and ROI of new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with scientists, economists, and engineers to translate insights into scalable solutions.
  • Drive execution across teams through strong communication and influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Skills

  • Strong technical fluency to partner closely with economists, scientists, and engineers
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive alignment across teams

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).

Schedule

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
