Senior Technical Product Manager - AI / ML

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager - AI / ML to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and guide AI/ML-enabled product work that brings together data science, engineering, and clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical and business needs into clear product direction, helping teams deliver solutions that improve decision-making and business outcomes. This position will also play a key role in balancing speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment across the product lifecycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $106,605 – $284,280 annually Responsibilities Create product requirements and specifications for data science and engineering teams Support implementation by clarifying requirements and facilitating technical discussions Facilitate problem-solving and prioritization between teams while balancing speed and quality Define and manage data SLAs and interface contracts with teams Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners Work with clinicians to ensure business value and solution validation Track and analyze product performance metrics to prioritize features Qualifications 5+ years of overall work experience 3+ years of cross-functional experience with Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science 2 years of Product Management or related experience closely partnering with technical teams 2+ years working with AI, data analytics, and clinical or claims data for insights 2+ years navigating complex stakeholder environments and fostering collaboration 2+ years of effective technical and business communication skills 2+ years managing products through the full lifecycle with understanding of QA best practices Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Retirement savings options Wellness programs and resources Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
