Responsibilities

  • Lead teams in identifying access and collection gaps that can be satisfied through cyber collection and/or preparation activities, leveraging authorized resources and analytic techniques to penetrate targeted networks.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information.
  • Determine how targets communicate, move, operate, and live based on knowledge of target technologies, digital networks, and the applications on them.
  • Lead incident response efforts by managing and coordinating technical operations activities for full-spectrum cyber missions, providing strategic guidance to clients on priorities and actions.
  • Oversee a team of technical operations and collection analysts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure effective mission support.
  • Stay up-to-date with data privacy and regulatory standards, advising clients on compliance and best practices to meet legal requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to security and IT staff, enabling organizations to conduct cyber operations effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience with managing and coordinating full-spectrum cyber operations efforts to support government missions, providing strategic direction to clients on prioritizing operational actions.
  • Experience overseeing a team of responders and forensic analysts, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing to achieve incident response goals.
  • Experience with data privacy and regulatory standards, advising clients on compliance and best practices to meet legal requirements.
  • Experience leading full-spectrum cyber operations leveraging threat intelligence and other capabilities.
  • Experience providing technical recommendations to security, cyber operations, and IT staff, enabling organizations to prepare for, conduct, and support mission operations.
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Experience with data privacy standards, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices, to advise clients on compliance and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in advanced cyber operational mission tools and processes to support cyber mission priorities.
  • Experience providing technical recommendations to security and IT staff, enabling organizations to prepare for, detect, and respond to security breaches effectively.
