We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Responsibilities", "Job Summary", "Qualifications", "Evaluation Criteria", "Technical Qualifications (ECQs)" etc. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Responsibilities (the long paragraph with bullet points a-j). Job Summary (description). Qualifications (list). Evaluation Criteria (list of ECQs). Technical Qualifications (ECQs) with subpoints. We could combine some sections: maybe "Responsibilities" heading, "Job Summary" could be "About the role". "Qualifications" heading. "Evaluation Criteria" maybe part of Qualifications? But we need to follow allowed headings; we can use "Qualifications" for qualifications and evaluation criteria combined? However we must not invent sections with filler. We need to preserve all substantive info. We can create sections:

About the role

(contains Job Summary paragraph)

Responsibilities

(contains bullet list of duties a-j)

Qualifications

(contains basic qualifications paragraph plus Evaluation Criteria and Technical Qualifications details) We could also have

Skills

if we want to list specific skills from qualifications, but we can incorporate within Qualifications. We must not include Pay, Schedule, Benefits unless present (none). So omit those. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to preserve all substantive info: include details like location, reporting lines, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content. From posting: Responsibilities section: starts with "Responsibilities The National Security Agency's (NSA) Office of General Counsel (OGC) is seeking ..." then goes through description and then "(U) Specific Duties:" then a) ... j). So we need to capture all that as responsibilities. Job Summary: after responsibilities, there is "Job Summary This position is located in the Office of General Counsel (OGC) of the National Security Agency ..." continues. Qualifications: after Job Summary, there is "Qualifications The applicant must be a graduate ..." then evaluation criteria etc. We need to include all that. We'll structure:

    About the role

Job Summary paragraph (maybe multiple paragraphs). We'll combine into one

with line breaks? Could use multiple

but okay. Better: separate paragraphs for readability. We'll put the Job Summary text in

    . Then

    Responsibilities

    • each duty a) ... j) as list items. Also include preceding paragraphs before the specific duties? The responsibilities include introductory paragraphs before "(U) Specific Duties:" which also are part of responsibilities. We could include them as

before the list, or incorporate into list items? The instruction: use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have prose paragraphs then a

          for the list. Thus:

Intro paragraphs (the part before "(U) Specific Duties:") then

            with each duty. Then

            Qualifications

We have prose about basic qualifications, then "Evaluation Criteria:" then list of ECQs (1-4) each with sub-bullets. We could treat the Evaluation Criteria as a list (
              ) with each ECQ as
            • containing its subpoints maybe as nested
. Also the Technical Qualifications (ECQs) section is basically the same as Evaluation Criteria? Actually the text shows "Evaluation Criteria: Applicants must meet all the Technical Qualifications (TQs) listed below." Then "TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): All new entrants ..." then list 1-4 with sub-bullets. So we can combine. Thus under Qualifications we can have:

                Basic qualifications paragraph(s)

Evaluation Criteria: Applicants must meet all the Technical Qualifications (TQs) listed below.

                • 1. Technical/Professional Achievements: ... (with sub-bullets as nested
                    maybe)
                  • 2. Technical/Professional Development of Others: ...
                  • 3. Technical Professional Leadership/Decision Making: ...
                  • 4. Continued Technical/Professional Development: ...
We need to preserve sub-bullet details. Use nested
                  • . We must not invent sections like Skills unless we have content; we could add Skills section if we want to list specific skills from qualifications, but we can keep within Qualifications. We must not include Pay/Benefits/Schedule. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft text. Job Summary paragraph: copy from posting: "This position is located in the Office of General Counsel (OGC) of the National Security Agency ("NSA" or "Agency"). NSA is a component of the Department of War and NSA/OGC is part of the Defense Legal Service Agency (DLSA). . . Then the Specific Duties list a)-j).
