Senior Technical Lead

About the Role

Responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and closure of escalations.

Pay

Pay Range Minimum: $95,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $151,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
