Pay

Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000. Salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.

Security Clearance

Active TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain a CI POLY is required.

Responsibilities

• Review intelligence products for proper grammar, punctuation, syntax, logic, clarity, and consistency
• Ensure style and format conform to agency publication standards and prescribed style guides
• Amend draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure content supports and aligns with accompanying text
• Ensure proper classification markings in accordance with IC guidance
• Work with authors to revise products for narrative organization and negotiate further revisions as needed
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of labor category activities required to meet mission requirements
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or related fields
• Define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches to enable rigorous assessments
• Analyze operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries
• Work independently with minimal oversight
• Review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions
• Routinely test the analytic rigor of products

Qualifications

Desired education: Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus an additional 5 years of senior experience (totaling 17 years) as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
