Senior Technical Delivery Consultant - AI Practice

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions across the company’s systems, ensuring robust data flows and integrations
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives, translating complex AI concepts into business strategies
• Lead technical delivery, overseeing configurations, integrations, and security within the company framework
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer insights for innovation and improvement
• Design integration patterns for how the company AI connects with third-party systems while ensuring security and data integrity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation and consulting, including leading complex initiatives on platforms like the company
• 1+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation deployments, such as LLM-based solutions
• Strong technical architecture background with data flow design and integration patterns expertise
• Deep familiarity with the company ecosystem, particularly HCM or Financials
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Pay

$147,400 – $221,000 annually

Schedule

Flexible work schedule allowing a mix of in-person and remote work, with at least 50% of time spent in the office each quarter
