About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Dynamics AX 2012, technical development, reporting, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and optimizing technical solutions to meet business requirements, while ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and seamless integration with enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on experience with D365 F&O and AX 2012, SSRS reporting, SQL development, data management, and Microsoft Azure services. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and reliable enterprise solutions. Essential Functions Design, develop, customize, and maintain technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012.Develop, customize, and optimize SSRS reports, including parameterized and operational reports, to support business and management reporting requirements.Design and develop SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects to support reporting, data processing, and application requirements.Develop and maintain data integrations using Data Management Framework (DMF), Data Entities, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, APIs, and other integration technologies.Design and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, and other relevant data integration tools.Analyze business and technical requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and development tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reporting, data processing, integrations, workflows, and production environments.Perform SQL query optimization, report performance tuning, and root-cause analysis to improve system efficiency and reliability.Customize and develop workflows within Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O to support business processes.Support data migration, data cleansing, data validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity across systems.Work with business teams and technical stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, define data mappings, and deliver accurate business insights.Manage development activities, code changes, version control, deployments, and production releases using Azure DevOps or similar tools.Participate in technical design reviews, testing, code migration, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, data mappings, deployment procedures, and support documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across finance, inventory management, procurement, sales, production, and other relevant business areas. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics AX/D365 technical development or enterprise application solutions.Strong experience with D365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX 2012.Proficiency in SSRS reporting, SQL, and database performance optimization.Hands-on experience with DMF, Data Entities, data migration, and system integrations.Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, or Service Bus.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SSIS, and ETL processes.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skillss We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
