Responsibilities

  • Lead U.S. growth by identifying utility automation opportunities and shaping market strategy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in grid automation, facilitating pre-sales and solution design
  • Influence industry standards by contributing to vPAC and IEEE working groups
  • Build strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry forums
  • Channel insights from the field to evolve product offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years in technical business development in grid automation or power systems
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. utility market dynamics and standards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription models in energy sector
  • Familiarity with DERMS, DLR, and network state estimation technologies
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
