Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. growth by identifying utility automation opportunities and shaping market strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert in grid automation, facilitating pre-sales and solution design
- Influence industry standards by contributing to vPAC and IEEE working groups
- Build strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry forums
- Channel insights from the field to evolve product offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in technical business development in grid automation or power systems
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. utility market dynamics and standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with SaaS or subscription models in energy sector
- Familiarity with DERMS, DLR, and network state estimation technologies
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
