About the Role
Serve as the architecture and design authority for the assigned application/platform, defining and governing end-to-end solution architecture aligned with client technology standards and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design decisions, and solution approvals.
- Ensure adherence to Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, security, availability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business, product, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive technology roadmaps, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines, governance frameworks, and client alignment requirements.
- Design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Train and develop team members to ensure adequate supply of skilled personnel and mitigate delivery risks.
- Continuously upskill with cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
- Leverage domain and technical expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.

- Proven experience ensuring NFR compliance and enterprise standards alignment.
- Experience working within healthcare environments and client-aligned technology ecosystems.
Pay
Pay Range Minimum: $114,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $198,000 per year
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
