Imagine being at the ground floor of a venture that's transforming one of life's biggest purchases - autos. Amazon Autos is reimagining the entire car shopping experience, and we need an experienced business development leader to help us scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close strategic partnerships with major dealer groups across the country
• Evangelize the Amazon Autos vision both internally and externally, becoming the voice of our program
• Drive growth by expanding our vehicle selection and dealer network coverage
• Navigate complexity by influencing diverse stakeholders - from dealership owners to Amazon senior leadership
• Spot opportunities before others do, leveraging your deep business development and automotive industry knowledge
• Build lasting relationships that transform how dealers think about digital retail, advertising, and customer acquisition

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

Pay

Base salary range: $162,700.00 - $220,200.00 USD annually
