About the role

The Senior TE Training Specialist position at New Jersey Transit Rail Operations is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs for employees in the Rail Operations department. Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a railroad setting.
• Knowledge of rail operations and familiarity with relevant regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective training sessions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
