Senior Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at our locations across the country. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax advice, prepare returns, and support customers using TurboTax products. You will build trusting relationships with clients, identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds. Additionally, you will serve as a community ambassador, engaging prospects, promoting tax awareness, and growing your client base through local outreach and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized tax services for simple to complex situations
• Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine support
• Build long-term client relationships and community presence
• Participate in marketing efforts and content creation to enhance community engagement

Qualifications

• Active CPA, EA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience
• Proficiency with professional tax software and familiarity with tax laws
• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities a plus
• Comfort working onsite and engaging with diverse clients
