Senior Tax Specialist

Role Overview: The TurboTax Retail Expert is a onsite customer-focused professional responsible for providing personalized tax services and building community relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering full-service tax return preparation, advice, and support for a range of tax situations.Engage proactively with the community, representing TurboTax, attracting new clients, and fostering loyalty through local marketing efforts.Create an exceptional customer experience by understanding clients' financial goals, offering tailored solutions, and building long-term trust.Utilize tax expertise and resources to identify deductions, optimize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.Participate in marketing activities, content creation, and community engagement to enhance TurboTax’s presence locally. Qualifications & Skills Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual tax returns.Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and familiarity with Circular 230 required.Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus, and comfort working onsite in a retail environment.Entrepreneurial mindset, high empathy, and excellent customer service skills essential.Proficiency with tax software, CRM tools, and technology; ability to work independently.
