About the role
The Senior Tax Manager will lead tax compliance and planning efforts for clients in the restaurant, franchise, and hospitality industries. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tax services.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff on tax matters.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the restaurant, franchise, and hospitality sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in the restaurant, franchise, and hospitality industries is a plus.

Pay
