Senior Tax Manager | Remote (PST/MST Preferred)

About the role

We are a well-established public accounting and advisory firm seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our growing tax practice. This role offers a clear path toward leadership while working alongside a collaborative team that values long-term relationships with both clients and employees.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review complex business tax engagements from planning through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary advisor for clients across a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, partnerships, professional services, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, and nonprofit organizations.
• Review federal and state tax returns for closely held businesses and their owners.
• Mentor and develop tax staff, seniors, and managers.
• Work directly with firm leadership on client strategy and tax planning initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional tax and advisory services.
• Play an active role in business development and practice growth.

What We’re Looking For

• CPA required.
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Current experience reviewing complex business tax returns.
• Strong background working with closely held businesses, partnerships, and pass-through entities.
• Experience serving clients in industries such as construction, real estate, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Previous leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
• Interest in growing into a future leadership or Partner-track role.

• Base Salary: Up to $220K+ DOE
• Performance-based annual bonus
