Senior Tax Manager | High-Net-Worth & Family Office (Remote)

About the role

This position is part of a nationally recognized CPA firm dedicated to Private Client Services. The firm is expanding its HNW Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers team across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Advise Clients On Matters Including High-Net-Worth individual tax planning, Trust & Estate taxation, Gift & Estate planning, Family wealth strategies, Liquidity events, Pass-through entities, Multi-state tax, Closely held businesses, Complex tax planning throughout the year
• Build long-term relationships with clients who value proactive advice - not just tax compliance
• Manage HNW client relationships
• Review complex tax returns
• Expand into advisory and planning work
• Mentor staff
• Work directly with Partners on sophisticated engagements

Requirements

• CPA or EAPublic accounting background
• Strong experience serving High-Net-Worth individuals
• Experience with Trusts & Estates
• Experience reviewing complex individual returns
• Excellent client communication skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a similar role
• Ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
