Responsibilities
- Lead tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, trusts, estates, and pass-through entities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to family members on income tax, gift, estate, and wealth-transfer strategies
- Cook up with external tax advisors, attorneys, and investment professionals to ensure aligned planning and execution
- Review complex federal and state tax returns; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and risk management
- Provide proactive tax planning around liquidity events, investments, and generational transitions
- Oversee and mentor junior tax staff or coordinate work performed by outside firms

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal and state tax, tax returns, and experience dealing with high net worth individuals. The role will require a deep understanding of gift, trust and estate taxation and the ability to provide strategic tax planning advice to our clientele.
