Senior Tax Manager Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) We are partnering with a large global company to identify an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its growing tax leadership team. The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in overseeing US corporate tax provision/accounting and compliance while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor, drive process improvements, and support global tax operations in a fast-paced, complex environment. Responsibilities include:Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and related disclosuresMonitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and support strategic tax planningOversee global tax compliance activities and drive continuous process improvement initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and external auditorsLeverage tax technology tools (e.g., OneSource or equivalent software) to enhance efficiency and accuracyManage a team of 3 Tax professionals Targeted profile:CPA designation required8-10+ years of progressive tax experience, including both tax compliance and tax provision (ASC 740)Experience with OneSource Tax Provision software requiredPrior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferredExperience supporting large, publicly traded, global organizationsExperience leading and developing staff, as well as driving process improvements.Demonstrated career progression, leadership capability, and professional stability Note - seeking Atlanta-based talent for this opportunity.
