Senior Tax Manager

With offices throughout the United States and private equity-backing, Prosperity is seeking an energetic, experienced Senior Tax Manager to support our growing tax practice. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership qualities and at least ten years' public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery, including the preparation and review of sophisticated business, individual, trust, estate, and multi-state tax returns;
• Advise clients on complex tax matters, including estate planning, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, entity formations, and other strategic transactions;
• Research, analyze, and communicate solutions for federal, state, and local tax issues;
• Partner with office leadership in transitioning and expanding key client relationships while maintaining
