This Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in overseeing partnership tax compliance, driving process improvements, leading tax planning initiatives and developing a high-performing team. Lead the review and filing of complex partnership, corporate, federal, state and local tax returnsManage tax compliance calendars and filing deadlinesOversee tax projections, forecasts and budgeting activitiesMonitor entity formations, acquisitions, mergers and dissolutions to ensure compliance requirements are metIdentify and implement process improvements and technology solutionsResearch tax law changes and communicate impacts to leadershipSupport tax audits and coordinate with external advisors and counselAssist with ASC 740 compliance activities as neededEnsure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controlsRecruit, mentor, train and develop tax professionalsPartner with leadership to achieve departmental objectives What's Needed?
