Senior Tax Associate - Private Foundation

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required.
• MST degree a plus.
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with demonstrated exposure to private foundation and nonprofit tax.
• Active CPA license or EA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IRS regulations applicable to private foundations and tax-exempt organizations.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment and to supervise staff and interns on multiple engagements.
• Performing, documenting, summarizing, and reviewing research conclusions regarding specific tax issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, Engagement).
