In this role, you'll

• Lead complex tax engagements from preparation through final review
• Advise businesses and individuals on tax planning strategies throughout the year
• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, individual, estate, trust, and nonprofit tax returns
• Handle Forms 706, 709, and 990
• Research tax issues and provide practical guidance to clients
• Review junior staff work and mentor developing professionals
• Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional client service

We're looking for someone with

• Public accounting experience in a small or mid-sized firm
• Extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
• Experience with Forms 706, 709, and 990
• Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, estate, trust, individual, and nonprofit taxation
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• UltraTax experience is a plus
• CPA is welcome but not required
