About the role

We’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll apply your sourcing expertise and market research skills in a supportive environment that values teamwork and different perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Apply sourcing expertise and market research skills to build and maintain high-quality talent pools that support current and future hiring needs.
• Use Boolean search and candidate identification skills to source top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition partners to deliver talent pipelines aligned to hiring forecasts and business priorities.
• Contribute to clinical trials and life sciences hiring initiatives by leveraging expertise in talent mapping and proactive candidate engagement.
• Drive improvements in pipeline quality, sourcing effectiveness, and talent availability through strong attention to detail, accountability, and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in talent sourcing, candidate pipeline development, and talent pooling.
• Direct experience sourcing within the clinical trials industry (preferred) or the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
• Experience sourcing for roles such as Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Project Managers, Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Medical Writers, Medical Affairs professionals, and Pharmacy-related positions.
• Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other talent sourcing tools.
• Ability to identify, engage, and pipeline talent across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Argentina.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a performance-driven, proactive sourcing environment with competing priorities and defined timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with talent mapping and workforce planning methodologies.
• Experience supporting regional or global recruitment teams.
• Knowledge of ATS, CRM, and candidate relationship management best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and market intelligence capabilities.

Pay

For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $78,600 – $103,400 USD plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
