About the role

As a Senior Talent Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will design and implement talent management strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Partnering with business leaders, you will identify talent needs, create succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of high-potential employees. Additionally, you will lead performance management processes, design and deliver training and development programs, and collaborate with HR partners to drive talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and create succession plans
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall HR strategy

Requirements

You must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or a related HR function
  • Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and trends
  • Experience designing and implementing talent development programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
