About the role

Adobe is seeking a senior creator and talent partnerships leader to shape how the company connects with creators, creative professionals, business professionals, and audiences globally. Reporting to the Influencer and Creator Marketing team, you will build relationships with leading creators, celebrity talent, creator-led media brands, and entertainment partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creator, influencer, celebrity, and talent partnerships that support Adobe's brand, product, and business priorities across global markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with creators, talent representatives, agencies, and key industry partners.
  • Identify, negotiate, and deploy partnership opportunities across ambassador programs, coordinated campaigns, content licensing, live events, and cultural moments.
  • Partner closely with teams across Social, Marketing, Communications, Creative, Product Marketing, Legal, and Procurement to deliver programs aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the digital creator landscape, talent representation, agency partnerships, entertainment marketing, and major social platforms.
  • Use audience insights, performance data, and market trends to guide partnership strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent relations, entertainment marketing, social marketing, or related fields.
  • Significant experience leading partnerships with top digital influencers, well-known personalities, media ventures driven by individual creators, and public figures.
  • Proven success negotiating and managing complex, high-value partnership agreements, including talent deals, celebrity endorsements, and long-term ambassador programs.
  • Deep understanding of the digital creator landscape, talent representation, agency partnerships, entertainment marketing, and major social platforms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple collaborators and significant budgets.
  • Ability to use audience insights, performance data, and market trends to guide partnership strategy and investment decisions.

Pay

The expected pay range for this role is $108,300 -- $218,600 annually, with specific ranges varying by location. For sales roles, total target compensation (base + commission) and sales commission plans are provided. Non-sales roles start at base salary with annual incentive plan (AIP) short-term incentives. Long-term incentives may be available for certain roles.

Schedule

Full-time position with standard work hours.
