Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee T&E operations and processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Analyze expense reports for accuracy and fraud detection
- Collaborate across departments for process improvements
- Provide strategic recommendations on cost optimization
- Mentor junior staff and support their development
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in T&E or related field
- Strong knowledge of travel & expense management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership abilities in a corporate setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
