Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle WebForms applications.
- Create and maintain Oracle database objects and queries.
- Develop and troubleshoot SQL scripts using Toad and SQL+.
- Support Oracle 11g database environments.
- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Perform application maintenance and enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and end users.
- Participate in system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Support RTS application components and related functionality.
- Develop technical documentation and program specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and development best practices.
- Ensure software quality and performance standards are met.
- Work within a multi-development team environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle WebForms.
- Minimum 5 years of experience programming using Toad or SQL+.
- Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with RTS application components.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business users.
