Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support one of our premier programs. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, Agile development environment to deliver advanced satellite ground system solutions that support critical national security missions. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile product team to deliver high-quality integration and test solutions that support program objectives.
- Maintain a systems-level perspective throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring mission objectives remain aligned with technical execution.
- Perform system integration, regression testing, and verification activities as part of an Agile product team, supporting customer demonstrations at the conclusion of each sprint.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues encountered during software and hardware integration in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Debug and analyze system-level issues to support reliable system performance and mission readiness.
- Support systems integration and test activities within a secure laboratory environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience supporting systems integration and testing for software products in an Agile, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and test automation.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging software-based systems and applications.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD TS/SCI security clearance required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting satellite ground system development or operations.
- Familiarity with ground station and satellite systems, including terrestrial data networking, command and telemetry, launch operations, flight dynamics, mission planning, and on-orbit operations.
- Experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and digital engineering or digital test methodologies.
- Experience using Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Experience with test automation tools, including Cucumber, Behave, Gherkin, and Zephyr.
- Experience programming in Java, C++, MATLAB, Rust, and/or Python, with familiarity working in Linux operating systems and cloud-based environments; AWS certification is a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
