Senior Systems Engineer (SE-3)

The LOE program provides the Operations organization with the best possible solutions for their mission needs. This is achieved through rapid prototyping, new development, and advanced technology research. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project leadership to manage system integration, develop and maintain deployment strategies and processes to ensure smooth delivery of product.
- Cook up coordination efforts across the team for effective collaboration and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with system standards and best practices through system testing, validation, and life cycle sustainment.
- Develop and maintain technical plans, milestones, and code reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience as a systems engineer or equivalent.
- Understanding of Agile and other constructs, and CI/CD practices.
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Agentic frameworks (langgraph) and customer dataflows and sources.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
