Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description

Parsons is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming the way the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with MBSE tools and is interested in utilizing those tools to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.

What You'll Be Doing

• Aid in capturing and developing new system models to serve as the backbone for future engineering efforts.
• Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop models.

Required Skills

• Master’s Degree in STEM field
• 12+ years of experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Strong Model-based engineering experience
• Ability to excel in a team setting

Desired Skills

• Expertise in MBSE Tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)
• MDA Experience
• Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability

Pay

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
