Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and verify spacecraft power subsystem components
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for power subsystem issues during prototyping and manufacturing
- Identify failure modes, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in power subsystem production workflows
- Perform inspection, verification, and hands-on assembly of flight and development hardware
- Contribute to power subsystem design refinement, production ramp-up, and mission-critical troubleshooting
- Apply system-level understanding and spacecraft development or test experience to ensure reliable integration and mission readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the development, integration, testing, or production of complex power systems
- Deep technical expertise in electrical engineering and power systems
- System-level understanding of complex products across full architectures
- Familiarity with integration, verification, configuration management, and production ramp-up in complex hardware environments
- Strong experience implementing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) in high-reliability systems
